For many decades, abortion has been a widely controversial topic, on which people share different views and positions. Ever since abortion has been legalized in 1983, huge debates arose on whether supporting or opposing it. Legalized abortion should be broadly supported, for its benefits overwhelm entire societies, in contrast to its limited drawbacks. Although opponents of abortion argue that it is a crucially harsh act towards the fetus, but it in fact, erases the trace of crimes and prevents them, provides a means of population control, and strongly grants women with their right to choose.
