Apples

Now that the weather is starting to cool off, it’s becoming harder and harder to find those favorite summer fruits we all love. Wal-Mart has run out of watermelons and the strawberries aren’t looking very good. You can only find peaches in a can. And, a plum – what’s that?

But even though fall is quickly approaching we don’t have to deprive our diets of fruit. There is one particular fruit that is in abundance in the produce section.
