Learning through Reinforcement
Introduction
Behavior modification a.k.a. reinforcement theory is based on operant conditioning, e.g. people tend to repeat actions that are satisfying and to stop actions that are dissatisfying (also called the Law of Effect). Application of reinforcement theory in businesses will be discussed in this paper.
