Conflict management and the verity of methods that are out to help with developing a team to have and to be creative and innovative with ways to avoid conflict with employees, reading below is ways to develop skills for both the team members and the leaders of the team who allow themselves to assimilate into newly formed teams and become effective members quickly and efficiently. Conflict can be hard to keep away from in the workplace; however, conflict can be avoided and the reading below will show a few different ways to help to avoid that. Society and many individuals have conflicts to be a source for defense and because of that, it may be easier to want to defend and be confrontational than to try and avoid the conflict.
With that being said the definition of conflict management is that it refers to the long-term management of intractable conflicts. This is the label for the variety of ways by which people handle grievances standing up for what they consider to be right and against what they consider to be wrong. Those ways include such diverse phenomena as gossip, ridicule, lynching, terrorism, warfare, feuding, genocide, law, mediation, and avoidance. Which forms of conflict management will be used in any given situation can be somewhat predicted and explained by the social structure or social geometry of the case. (Wikipedia, 2007, 1)
Below are just a few of creative ways that managers and empolyees can take care of conflict management as a whole sometimes people may also use this as conflict resolution.
