Diversity
Diversity issues plague the whole world, not just the workplace. Workforce diversity is described as “how people differ in such respects as age, race, ethnicity, gender, physical ability, and sexual orientation.” (Schermerhorn et al. 2005) Diversity of the world is the same way. Each person has their own unique behavior that reflects how they were raised based on their culture, race, gender, and sexual orientation. In this analysis, the author will examine four different diversity and demographic characteristics and how they impact individual behavior.
