Erik Peterson

Erik Peterson is faced with a number of major issues at Green Mountain Cellular. He has problems in virtually every facet of the business. There is no structure to the business. The managers of the subsidiary do not have a solid relationship with the management of the parent company CelluComm. This causes a breakdown in communication and prevents knowledge from being disseminated to the people who need it. There is a lack of teamwork. Everyone seems to be doing their own thing without collaborating to come up with the best solution.
