Company Success 10 years ago my father purchased a foundation company. I worked with him 5 of those 10 years. The company has since folded; but during that time I learned one thing, company first. Every decision my father made started with, is this good for the company. This decision process did not come from "How can I make an extra dollar?" But rather "Can I put food on the table?" Top of the list is company success. It would and will be the value that will guide my decision making process. The largest challenge I see is the "Company Success" value itself. That is making business decisions based solely company success, then making a poor decision and causing detrimental damage to your company. But making company successful decisions are a challenge that every business must face. Because when it comes down to it, quite simply, company success means the difference between a company who grows and prospers and one who does not.
Reliability/Trust Every quality I have, I have because of football. Reliability and Trust is something that has been instilled in me from a young age. It is one thing to have to rely on yourself. But it is another power/feeling to rely on someone else, or even greater somebody relying solely on you. When somebody counts on you to be at practice, make a block, catch a ball there is a huge sense of trust and reliability that goes on there. That same sense of trust and reliability has its own top place in the business world. If company success is our top value, and the ultimate goal our company is working towards. It makes since that all other values are going to help facilitate that goal....
