FMC Corporation has the advantage of being a major international producer of machinery and chemicals for the industry of agriculture and government. The company's leaders have correctly identified the need for change in order to maintain its position in the current industry and have proven itself sensitive to the needs within its organization. The company's survival depends on the implementation of modern manufacturing technology and information systems; it was our role as the Human resources department to analyze changes implemented by the management team at FMC Corporation.
