External/Internal Factors of Microsoft
External/Internal Factors of Microsoft
The traditional four functions of management are: Planning,
organizing, leading, and controlling. Several internal and external
factors have an impact on how a corporation handles these functions.
This paper examines how Microsoft Corporation deals with internal and
external factors of globalization, technology, innovation, diversity,
and ethics, and how Microsoft uses delegation to manage the impact
that these factors have on the four functions of management.
