My first impression of the facility was that, it needs some remodeling in terms of how materials are handled with respect to flow and storage.
I am going to list some of the critical to quality (CTQ) issues that I picked up from a brief tour that I took with Daniel. I am going to try by all means to avoid going into detail in terms of QA staff that I at the moment can only assume that they are non-existent in the facility.
