Great Depression

The Great Depression was the worst economic slump ever in the U.S. history. The depression itself began in the late 1929 and lasted for about ten years. There were many reasons on why economy slumped during this time. I am going to be talking about the ones that seemed like the most significant one according to the book, Making America. Great Depression took place due to the result of unequal distribution of wealth between the wealthy and poor and the extensive speculations about the stock market in the early 1900’s.
