This paper will address the issues that Harrison-Keyes is facing in regards to updating its strategy for entering the e-book publishing world while focusing on different aspects of the implementation strategy.
Harrison-Keyes is global publisher of print products and they have been in business since 1899. Throughout the years, to meet the demands of the publishing market, Harrison-Keyes has shifted their focus to suit the changing demands.
This paper will not only address the issues but also the opportunities that the company can gain from developing strategies in addressing the issues.

Harrison-Keyes had their minds set on what they needed to do to succeed in the publishing industry but they are having a difficult time with implementing their strategy because they are faced with various issues:
1. An author who does support the e-publishing concept because of fear of piracy, illegal copies, and lost of royalties.
2. Asia Digital Publishing employees are never around when needed and are not meeting deadlines given to them.
3. Their current technology may not be capable to handle the loads that the e-commerce software requires.
4. Rising cost
5. Friction among the team
Being aware of the problems that have risen in the company, Meg appointed
