Introduction
Organizational leaders are empowered to make decisions that will be a catalyst for change and increase profitability and productivity. Once the vision and strategies have been decided and agreed upon, the leaders orchestrate the task through functional leaders such as project managers. In order for there to be uniformity, effective communication, goal setting, and success, the project managers with competence and experience can use tools such as project networking, realign resources with project slack, and envision potential risks that may impede the success of the project. In this paper, several companies with similar issues, strategies, and difficulties identified in the Harrison Keyes scenario will be benchmarked and discussed.
