ResCare Inc. of Georgia is a for-profit organization and group home facility, providing personal care an independent living for individuals with developmental disabilities. ResCare provides support for over 500 individuals across the state of Georgia. The medical personnel of these facilities and group homes consists of 2 regional directors, 10 executive directors, 100 program managers, 5 human resource managers, 50 RNs, 20 LPNs and dozens of direct support staff. They also have case managers and psychiatrists whom come in once a month to evaluate clients. ResCare of Georgia provides an array of services such as assisted living, home care, independent living and Pediatric care. The services are to ensure wellness and safety for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The group homes must guarantee that the clients receive positive and quality care. ResCare Inc. ensures that all clients receive "Respect + Care" stemming from the name of the organization. Clients also receive medical coverage from Medicare and Medicaid, which covers the cost of expensive medication and doctor visits. The most out of pocket expense that a client may pay for office visits or medication is $5.00.

ResCare Inc. of Georgia is accredited and regulated by the Council on Quality and Leadership. To ensure that all facilities are running up to states standards, all group homes are visited twice a month by service monitors. Other visitors whom inspect the group home and facilities are OSHA, Department of Human Resources and parents whom formed a committee called the "Parents who Care Committee" to ensure that their children are given quality services.
