Human resource is considered as an important aspect in any organization. They are the one who brings new talent to an organization for better productivity. From hiring decision to career development, human resource functions have a direct impact on organizations. One of the organizations that I am familiar with is banking industry. Currently human resource focuses on their training and employee selection. To better enhance and work in these major areas they have their own training centers which are called management schools. Those schools are good source in expanding their knowledge of the banking industry and it also improves employee performance, and it establishes interaction between colleagues in which they can exchange ideas.
Since human resource works as a major source in any organization it is important for them in order to bring efficient outcomes in organization they need to create successful relationship between co-workers and employers. Human resource as a strategic partner in organization means accepting the Human Resource functions as a strategic partner in the formulation of the company's strategies as well as in the implementation of those strategies that human resource do as recruiting, selecting, training and rewarding personnel. To increase the capacity of a business to execute its strategies, HR needs to understand on knowing how to measure the monetary impact of their actions, so they can be able to demonstrate the value added contribution of their functions (United States small businessÂ…).
Primary actions of strategic human resource should convert business strategies into HR priorities. In any business setting environment, whether it's a corporate, functional, business unit or product line, a strategy is always there either clearly in the formal process or document or completely through a shared agenda on priorities.
