ABC Insurance Company ("ABC") provides automobile insurance nationally to individuals. Over the years ABC has come one of the firm's biggest clients. ABC retained the firm to represent the insurance company and ABC's insureds in the defense of personal injury lawsuits filed in Louisiana resulting from motor vehicle accidents. Each lawsuit assignment is received by the managing partner of the insurance defense section of the firm and assigned to one of the four attorneys in the section.
