In the "Keeping Information Confidential Scenario" there were three individual situations that were challenging. The first one involved being a hiring manager for Fonte Corporation. Ultimately in this situation I chose Sophie Carpenter based on the fact that she seemed to be the most qualified, but in light of that fact I found out additional information from an HR rep about her anti-abortion stance and the potential negative impact that may reflect impact the company. This in essence affected my decision-making and caused me to consider her very heavily in regards to the position. I still decided to hire Sophie even with this new information, but as a condition I would have to address...
