Product Liability is “the body of legal rules governing civil lawsuits for losses and harms resulting from a defendant’s furnishing of defective goods” (Mallor, Barnes, Bowers, & Langvardt, 2003, pg. 2) Kudler Fine Foods (KFF), in providing organic produce that has no preservatives, will have to monitor carefully the organic growers’ safety programs.
