Kudler Fine Foods is a local upscale specialty food store located in the San Diego area. There are three store locations, one in La Jolla, Del Mar and the last in Encinitas. All the stores are stocked with the very best imported and domestic foods. Each has a Bakery department, Meat and Seafood, Produce, Cheese and Dairy and a Wine department. Management, operational staff and an administration team make up the organizational structure of this company. The following are the key personal for Administrative, Management and Executive team.
The President, Kathy Kudler, oversees and is involved in all operations and departments within the organization.
Brenda Wagner is the Director of Administration/HR. She develops policies, directs administrative and human resource policies and procedures.
Harvey Stephens is the Director of Accounting. He plans and directs accounting activities.
Yvonne Reynolds is the Director of Store Operations. She manages the operations of the three locations. Ms. Reynolds is responsible for inventory, purchasing and logistics. She is also responsible for safety, facility maintenance, security and compliance with the state and federal regulations.
The Purchasing Manager directs and coordinates activities for purchasing and distributing materials, equipment and supplies.
The Inventory Manager establishes appropriate inventory levels for the stores, compiles and maintains records of quantity type and value of inventory on hand.
Operational Level
The Store Managers manage the retail stores. They supervise employees, handle and impose budgets, they implement guidelines for the smooth and daily operations of each location.
The Assistant Store Manager supervises and coordinates activities of workers in departments of the food stores and assists the Store Manager in the daily operations of the stores.
