In the simulation, I was able to identify target elements of change by using information gathered through the employee satisfaction survey and a climate survey. These surveys allowed me to pinpoint the departments most in need of attention and the areas within those departments that needed to change.
b) This portion of the simulation aligned very well with step 5 of the Kotter model, which is to remove obstacles that may impede the accomplishment of the new vision (Kreitner, Kinicki, 2004).
c) In my workplace, using tools like the employee satisfaction survey and climate survey would give wonderful feedback to company leadership and let them know what the concerns...
