Life of David

Choosing a specific character from the Old Testament is a real chore. Each one has many events and great lessons to be learned, they are relevant in any era. Each one leaves you with at least one major question, why did God use them? At any rate it is hard to choose. I chose David mainly because of one statement about him; he was a man after God’s own heart. David’s life is an open book; literally, it is easy to see what motivates him. David is a man of great faith, integrity, valiant, loyal, and very zealous for God.
