1) Management functions and my future success?
There are eight functions of management and they are the following:
Leading is the key aspect of the manager's job and an important component of the directing function. My future success in this function will be reflected in the new business that I'm starting in network marketing. In this business you will need a lot of leadership in order to be successful.
Staffing is one of the most complex and important tasks of a good manager. My future success in my network marketing business will be determine by how I recruit qualify people to do the same thing I do.
Organizing is a management process of determine how best to arrange an organization resources and activities into a coherent structure. In my network marketing business this approach will be beneficial because it made it easier for each of my business partners to make their own decision quickly and efficiently.
Controlling is the process of monitoring a firm's performance to make sure that the firm is meeting its goals. In my network marketing business I will focus almost relentlessly on numerous indicators of performance that can be constantly measured and adjusted.
Planning is the management process of determining what the organization needs to do and how best to get it done. In my business each partner including myself, we need to determine our personal goals then we will develop a comprehensive strategy for achieving our goals, and finally after the strategy is develop we will design tactical and operational plans for implementing the strategy.
Communicating is the management function which establishes relationships and makes organizing possible. In the business that I'm starting is going to be very difficult to communicate to people, that I don't know, how the business works.
