Abstract
This analysis is focused on the cultural diversity that exists and must be considered and embedded into any individual or organizational project domestic or abroad. A look into Steve Kafka's decision to expand his pizza business into the Czech Republic as a franchisor is what is being examined here. Steve is an American that is of Czech origin and a franchisor for Chicago Style Pizza. The research conducted here will analyze mitigated risks, evaluate decisions, and look for any competitive advantages that could increase the survival of the business. Throughout this paper, the reader will be introduced to barriers in the Czech Republic market and get a comparative analysis of current economic statistics in the Czech Republic.

In this section of the paper will attempt to identify the major differences and incompatibilities between the Czech and the U.S. A determination need to be made if these differences bring major problems while trying to establish this new location. At first glance anyone can see that there are many differences between the Czech Republic and the United States. One of the main differences in the two cultures would be Czech seem to be more a militaristic culture and prepare for rational, professional arguments and a let's get down to business attitude," (Hodgett & Luthans & Doh, 2004).
