Subject: POS software review
The current office automation and group collaboration software that our company utilizes is System3 POS. There are many advantages to this software. Over the year our company has discovered and used these advantages to our favor. I feel that this software has greatly increased our profitability while lowering cost. The interface is well marked and easy to read. The menu items are clearly listed and easily accessible. It is a proven fact that training our staff on this particular software was quick and simple. The management features are quick and easily modified for on the fly actuation. This is especially important during heavy work loads where haste is a must. There are hundreds of standard reports that are included with this software package. The view only and summary screens have been very instrumental to the management staff. These summary screens and their sub menus are quick and easy to allow our managers to monitor the sales and stock activities during the work shift. The GUI provides a virtual map of the restaurant to aid the user in organizing the separate tabs. This map also indicates which tables are reserved, seated or in need of cleaning. The timers at each table provide management with an accurate picture of table turnover times and general business flow. This software package has allowed us to maintain accuracy in the amount, organization and execution of all of our reservations. System3 does this by capturing the name of the party, number of guest and a table number assigned to the reservation. The technical support teams are highly trained to install and support System3 POS. They provide round-the-clock support for all customer questions and requests.System3 POS aids us in running our facility efficiently.
