Parkour

As long as I can remember, it’s been a dream of mine to be able to successfully land a 360 back-flip on skis. February 7, 2006, otherwise known as, my 15th birthday would be the day I would attempt this fateful stunt. I could either achieve my goal, or fall on my head and… die.
About 2 months before my attempt, I started training on my trampoline. It was exceedingly important that I get all my timing down. My turns needed to be perfect, and I had to put the right amount of power into my flip. Too much power and I would fall on my face.
