Performance Reviews

As the Director of Human Resources, I find myself entangled in litigation over problems that my managers have when completing a performance review. Our knowledge of how to conduct a proper evaluation of our employees have been put into question and has subsequently led to three lawsuits being filed against us. One judgment has already been awarded with two still pending.
