Personal Development

I have my own approach towards personal development, which is built as a combination of few personal development theories I have read. Probably the closest relevant academic theory is the “Learning Cycle” developed by David Kolb (1971 and 1984), where he suggests that the personal development of each individual is done through constant learning and repeating a cycle of four different steps. It starts with Observing and Reflecting; then it goes through Theorizing and Generalizing; then through Responding and Active experiencing and ends with acquiring the actual experience.
