Personal Perspective Paper
Since I finished my undergraduate studies in 1996, continuing my formal education to achieve a graduate degree has always been a goal. Based on my life experiences, I have decided to pursue a graduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix (UOP) and upon completion, I wish to have gained a broad range of knowledge and skills.

At NIH and NASA, I found myself working in an environment with mostly PhD holders. This environment has only inspired me to continue for a graduate degree and to become a better business professional. Based on my many experiences and in the fall of 2007, I made the decision to pursue the MBA program at UOP.
