The ability to be successful is prevalent for InterClean as long as it takes into consideration these issues facing the company. The following paragraphs will explore these problems on a deeper lever and elaborate on suggestions to help improve these processes. The need for these proposals is very extensive and necessary if InterClean wants to successfully become a leader in the sanitation industry.

Issue and Opportunity Identification
One of the main focuses for InterClean's executive team is building up a strong workforce. They want to do this by cross training existing employees as well as hire new employees after rigorous interviewing by the human resources (HR) department. This is causing potential problems for current employees because they are feeling threatened by the thought of new hires and not just advancing the training of all existing employees. There is talk going around about potential layoffs for InterClean's employees. Another concern involved for the executive team is figuring out the best way to utilize EnviroTech's work force. EnviroTech's employees are facing the same concerns as InterClean's employees as far as feeling uncertain about their careers.
