In today's economic uncertainty and rising competition, corporation are realizing that to cut overhead costs they must outsource overseas which will lead to conflicts with stakeholders. Global Communication faced an economic pressure on the Wall Street when the stock price dropped from $28 to $11 in 3 years. The management has intensively worked to find out the solutions to face the current economic turmoil. The company is facing a big communication gap between the stakeholders, the board of directors and the workers union are not clear about the managements plans. The information is travelling through a grapevine to the workers and has lead to a dysfunctional conflict. The workers union is annoyed with the management's inability to resolve the crisis. The human resource personnel need to understand the ethical dilemmas and analyze the problems, issues, conflicting interests and rights of the stakeholders (Lee, 2005). The issues and opportunities have been identified. The importance of the medium of information have been considered. The solutions to the face the current problem along with the risk have been briefly analyzed and discussed in this paper.

The Global Communication is going through a bad turmoil. A big communication gap has developed between Global Communication workers and board members; A communication gap between the board members and liaison between the Global Communication and the Technology Worker's Union.
