Professional Workplace Dillema

Experience
Eight years ago as an employee at a leadership and management training company my direct supervisor took her ability to adjust policy and implemented a new policy that was contrary to what the company stood for and taught. The new policy she enacted restricted basic employee rights. The first problem was that she removed our right to talk to her supervisor or any other company leader for any reason. She also attempted to set a policy that required all employees to clock in 30 minutes early and stay 30 minutes late. Both of these policies were in direct opposition to current company policy.
