INTRODUCTION

Like Kolb and other theorists, the Vietnamese people also give prominent to the experiential learning value because I have known the Vietnamese proverb by my heart ‘Going out in a day will help you study a "sieve" of wisdom" since I was a child. However, after facing my last problem, I realized that I could know, but could not understand the experiential learning before. I spent ups and downs of my problem and felt to remain powerless before the obstacles and difficulties at the time when I got my first step into the business way: After having graduated from the university and studying to find the formula of processing the cherry juice for a long time, I decided to make my long-nurtured creative idea become reality: setting up the company specialized in producing the juice from cherries-a popular kind of Vietnamese fruits containing the high nutritional value, supplying the vitamine C and other necessary nutrients that increased resistance and the beauty of ladies'skin. I really landed in an impasse.
