INTRODUCTION

In the theoretical side, I guaranteed to get the high profit in the first month as a manager. However, when launching my new product to the Vietnamese market, I immediately faced the "giants": PEPSI, COCACOLA, TRIBECO, VINAMILK, YOMOST,

while my company was too small to compete with them. At that time, I found no ways to raise my product to be known in all areas and to show its own special strong points among these "giants" though our customers believed that the cherry juice was so nice and attractive.
