In response to your RFP document, submitted last month, we have prepared a proposal for the design and implementation of a technological and pedagogical platform to deliver online courses at Success Institute of Technology. Our solution consists of different technological platforms, including database systems, knowledge management system and integration with the academic ERP ; plus human resources training. We had evaluated different approaches that will be detailed in the following document. After these evaluations we had come with the most suitable solution that will be presented and supported. Total time from start to delivery is estimated at 24 weeks. The total cost will be $125,000
