I need you to think back in time. Last year. 2006. Around late October, early November. When the days became shorter. The darkness became sooner. The weather became cooler. And the rain became frequent.
We had quit the December last year. Mother Nature was volatile, to say the least. The air was so cold it felt like it was biting you. The snow didn’t seem to stop. The wind was so hateful, uprooting trees, ripping down power lines, and ultimately causing thousands of Canadian households to be without power.
I need you to think back to your mood during those months.
