Survelliance

The objective of this research report is to acknowledge and analyze the degree of surveillance and how it has changed drastically throughout society. Just by evaluating the United States surveillance alone one may find that its degree of severity has gone through a radical transformation. The entire concept of confidentiality barely exists in humanity due to the extreme amounts of video cameras, voice recorders, private investigator agencies and monitoring stations. Surveillance also has been utilized for a variety of different motives. Most form of security surveillance is most frequently used as a tool to battle crime, in attempt to try to diminish crime in all aspects or to try and capture criminals and fight for criminal justice. Security surveillance can most commonly be found in parking lots, banks, petrol stations, all forms of public transportations, and used generally to guard homes, to monitor traffic violations, to control misdemeanours and misconduct. Security Surveillance in the United States has always been an issue that can be seen as something that civilians embrace, or feel that there is not enough. Surveillance is a continual observation of a person or group, especially one suspected of doing something illegal. Has technology evolved so much that we are constantly being watched wither it be because we are doing something illegal? Or are there other forms of surveillance other than visual inspection? Other questions that I plan to research may be: How has technology evolved security and has it made a positive or negative impact on the way we live out daily lives? Due to the excessive change throughout technology what forms of surveillance were used before technology was so advance? Has surveillance become a threat to civilization in aspects of observation in the work place where individuals feel constant pressure to not make error or fault? By researching these specific questions we can get a generalization of how existence has changed...
