Capital punishment has been on peoples’ minds for hundreds or even thousands of years. I know that it has been a topic of conversation at least once or twice amongst my family. The severe sentence also known as the death penalty, is the harshest form of corporal punishment as it is requires law enforcement to kill the convicted criminal.
