Web Development

Proposal
I will be researching and writing about the career field in web development. I, myself, have always been interested in this line of work ever since high school. My junior year of high school was the first time I had ever taken a web based class, and I loved it. We learned HTML and Dreamweaver throughout the course. Later, in my senior year of high school, I took the advanced web class that my school offered, and I did very well in that class as well. The following year I attended college at the University of Minnesota – Mankato and took a general web development class there. The class was a breeze for me, because of my past experience in web development. Web development can be very fun and rewarding. In this paper I will examine the salary, job requirements and other characteristics of web development. With that I hope to learn a few things myself. Such as the demand for IT professionals in web development, and success stories from other web developers.

Many people have had successful experiences in web development without a proper higher education. However, this is becoming less common due to changes in technology.
Salaries for web developers can vary depending on many different circumstances. Salaries depend on one’s level of education,...
