Change is when you're in a current state and you adapt and make decision to go to a future state for better performance and result for the organization.
Change is a fact in life.
Positive side change may been seen as asking opportunity, progress, innovation and growth.
The negative side it can been seen as instability, unpredictability and disorientation.
Types of change
- Incremental/ linear way;
- Fundamental, system based and diagnostic way;
For the fundamental change strategy to occur top leaders/managers has to reduce their "hands on" involvement in the present state and replace it with management structures and systems.
In an incremental strategy it's based on action and reaction you don't received the results you've wanted. Because there is no analyze of the present state and making the plan that are required for leading and acceptance of the change.
