Many employers in today’s’ job market are searching for their ideal candidate. Usually, an employer’s ideal candidate is someone with both experience and education. Employers will often settle for candidates who have education or experience- why are they settling? Isn’t this the type of person they want? but it is not cost effective for them to do so.- huh? why? A recent incident at ABC, Inc. is an example of a company whothat could possibly face paying additional costs due to a new employee’s lack of experience.
