In a working team environment conflicts between members is certain and expected to occur. The key factor that decides whether the team is successful is the teams’ ability to handle those conflicts. Through extensive research and personal opinions our team has gathered information on effective strategies and tactics to resolve conflicts. Our methods include: analyzing conflict, forms of conflict, the causes of conflict, and various techniques on solving the conflict. To successfully resolve conflicts one must know the origin of the conflict and what type of conflict is arising.
