First Agenda Item was Rod Schatz from CAWG presenting their idea of a marketing program to encourage US consumers to buy California Wine.
Strategic Planning Session:
Mark introduced the session by passing out what was done 2 years ago.
Paul Wagner reviewed several points:
• Lodi is in the premium wine category as a region.
• Who is the competition? Other wine regions of CA and the world.
• Paul liked the statement “Great wine” rather than “Great wine, great prices”.
