The communication plan that will be used to address the customer as well as the project team members will first be outlined by defining the objectives of the project and the individual specifications required of the project. Teams will be created during this process with responsibilities assigned to each team. During the planning stages of the project the scope of the project will be determined, the schedule will be set out, the quality level to be maintained, and a budget to work within.
