Bless Me, Ultima
Before one is able to discuss and describe a plan for delivering culturally competent services to a particular character or characters that comprise a family in a book or video, one must first understand the people, the beliefs that make up their culture and the factors that may or may not impact the delivery system. I chose to read a book titled Bless Me, Ultima by Rudolfo Anaya which was published in 1972.
