Abstract
Project control is imperative for successful project implementation. Harrison-Keyes is implementing an e-Publishing project that will allow the publication of books using digital formatting. The project is spinning out of control and a new CEO has been hired to restore control back to the project. Benchmarking was conducted to find alternative solutions to the problems encountered during project implementation. This case study uses the nine-step problem-solving process to analyze alternatives and determine the best solution.
