International Shoe Com. v. Washington 326 U.S. 310 (1945)
Facts: Appellant is a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business in St. Louis, Missouri, and is engaged in the manufacture and sale of shoes and other footwear. It maintains places of business in several states, International has no office in Washington and makes no contracts for sale there. International maintains no stock of merchandise in Washington and makes no deliveries of goods intrastate commerce. Appellant employed salesmen who resided in Washington but the salesmen have no authority to enter into contracts or to make collections.
