Harrison-Keyes’s previous CEO has determined that long-range success is based the development of e books and e publishing. The current CEO does not share the same vision. Additionally, the current project manager has not provided enough research and direction to steer the new project into success. If the project manager does not address the issues that are thwarting the project, the company will not be able to actualize the new initiative.
