Problem Solution: Riordan Manufacturing
This week’s paper will discuss the issues and opportunities, the perspectives of stakeholders and a gap analysis that currently faces Riordan Manufacturing. Currently the company is in a sales slump, employee turnover rates are up during the past 12 months, and from a recent employee survey, job satisfaction, work ethics, motivation and loyalty of the employees is decreasing. One cliché that I like to refer to at times is that “A happy employee is a productive employee.”
With this in mind the next part of the paper will address the issues and opportunities that are present at Riordan and could be addressed with some changes...
