William Shakespeare and the Time he lived in
William Shakespeare lived during the Renaissance. His father was John Shakespeare. John grew up in Snitterfield where his family farmed. He left there as soon as he was old enough so that he could become a businessman. John soon became a well-respected man, and was given the title “Mr. Shakespeare” (Which was an honor back then). While “Mr. Shakespeare was still John, he met Mary Arden. Mary was considered a member of gentry. They married. They had two children before William. The first was a girl, Joan. Then, Margaret was born. Unfortunately, they both died young. The same spring Margaret died, William was born....
