Abstract
The four functions of management are planning, organizing, leading and controlling. All four functions are used daily in our company and are applied in different ways at all levels. We are compelled to apply a personal touch with all our employees and try to involve them all in at least one section of our overall decision making processes including future company goals. We have a diversified workforce and try to use that diversity to our benefit towards accomplishing company goals.
