Decision Making Style
To begin with my organization is telecommunication. Everyday we have to use the decision making process to handle calls. Along with the decision making process, logical thinking is involved. For example, when a member calls in to report something that they have found offensive in the company magazine and they would like to know more about where the company stands on it. I have to use the decision making process and at the same time think logically. I must first identify or clarify the problem.
